This project consists of three Affordable 2-family homes. Each home will have one unit for a 1st time homeowner with household income no more than 80% AMIÂ with a rental unit for households below 65% AMI.Â

Newly Constructed 20-unit mixed use, mixed income building located in Jersey City - Ward F
In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. For this project, I helped my client identify one of the special populations that would benefit most from the non-profits existing social services and researched the subsidy that would be most ideal. Also will secure housing vouchers to confirm longevity of this investment.
Renovated 4 family converted into a 7 single room occupancy located in Jersey City - Ward F
This space will be utilized not only for housing but also on-site social services. It will house individuals whose income is 30% AMI or less.
